    Our early access program offer has two plans: Stream and Horizon. Stream is $54 per month, Horizon is $77 per month. Horizon includes the Social Media planner and Affiliate Program Manager features. Both plans have a required one time white glove setup fee of $597. Communication expenses such as phone number registration, A2P registration, calling minutes, text messages, and the use of our AI tools are passed through to your account credit balance and automatically recharge based on your settings.

    Serenity plans allow unlimited contacts, unlimted users, and very generous initial limits for texts and emails. We focus very intently on helping you maintain your sender reputation for texts and emails and provide specific tools to help your messages stay in inboxes instead of spam folders.

  • What reporting and analytics capabilities are in Serenity?

    Serenity offers reporting and analytics capabilities, allowing you to track key metrics, measure performance, and gain actionable insights. Serenity can integrate with Google Analytics, Facebook Business, and Google Ads to analyze advertising campaigns. You can generate reports and set up automated alerts to monitor performance and take action when needed.

  • Can I easily import my contacts from another CRM or email marketing tool like Mailchimp?

    Aboslutely! CSV files are easily imported to bring your contacts from an email marketing tool or another customer relationship manager. Notes and history can also be imported using CSV files.

  • What are the usage costs or fees for phone numbers, texting, emailing, or using AI tools?

    We pass through communication expenses for your account, so it is 100% based on your specific usage. If your email list is 10,000 addresses and you send weekly the cost will be higher than if you're at a couple hundred and sending out a monthly newsletter.
