Please proceed through these steps in order.
Step 1:
Kickoff Form
The kickoff form gives us the basic information we need about you and your business so that we can get the Serenity White Glove Onboarding started.
Step 2:
Scheldule Onboarding
The White Glove Onboarding package includes three to four sessions over the course of one calendar week. During onboarding we get you up and running in Serenity including lead generation, sales pipeline, and communications. Schedule you're onboarding week here:
Now, please schedule two more sessions, one on Tuesday and one on Wednesday of the same week. The results is one meeting per day Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Step 3:
Contact import
Part of White Glove Onboarding includes importing your contacts to Serenity. Start by going to your current CRM or email marketing tools and exporting those contacts to an Excell or Spreadsheet document. Combine multiple sources if needed, then submit contacts here:
Step 4:
Phone Numbers
We can port in existing phone numbers or register new phone numbers.
New Numbers: We will select and purchase new numbers during onboarding sessions.
Port In to Serenity: Complete this port in form and Letter of Authorization esign:
