2. Reviews QR: Boost Your Online Presence


Increase your customer feedback and online ratings with Reviews QR, our new feature in the reputation management platform.


  • Create & Customize QR Codes: Generate QR Codes that link directly to your review pages.
  • Personalization Options: Add images, edit text, and customize the design to fit your brand.
  • Download & Share: Easily share your QR Codes digitally or in print.
  • Track Effectiveness: Monitor real-time tracking to see how many scans your QR Codes receive.

3. Square Integration for Payment Processing


Seamlessly connect your Square account to process payments directly within our platform.


  • Easy Integration: Available under Payments -> Integrations using API keys.
  • Supports One-Time and Subscription Payments: Configure products under Payments -> Products.
  • Comprehensive Payment Management: Includes features like order forms, invoices, online stores, and more.

4. Social Planner: Upgraded UI for a Better Experience


We've upgraded the Social Planner UI to bring you a more consistent and efficient user experience.

5. Late Fees on Invoices


You can now attach late fees to invoices, ensuring timely payments from your clients.


  • Global & Invoice Settings: Configure late fees globally or per invoice.
  • Simple Setup: Navigate to invoice settings -> payments to start using this feature.


6. Add Cards on File for Contacts


Securely store and manage customers' credit or debit card details directly from their contact page.


  • Easy Access: Add and save cards under Payments on a contact's detail page.
  • Future Transactions: Conveniently charge stored cards later as needed.
  • Upcoming Features: Soon, you'll be able to schedule subscriptions or send invoices directly from the contact details page.


7. Conversations: Save Draft Messages


Never lose your progress with our new Save Draft Messages feature in Conversations.


  • Automatic Drafts: Unsent messages are automatically retained.
